I’ve posted a few times about the new ‘Meet the Author Book Talk’ series that takes place on the third Saturday of each month at the Boone County Historical Society, but only about the current month’s speaker. Lots of people have asked for the full schedule. You can find it now on the Boone County Historical Society’s website, but I’m posting it on my blog, too.

Of course many of the talks are scheduled way ahead of time and no one can foresee the future, so it’s possible the schedule could change a bit as time goes on. We have an Author Interest Form that authors can fill out if they are interested in being a back-up speaker or interested in speaking at an event in 2016. We’ll try to get that form posted on the historical society’s website soon.

Here is the tentative schedule as we currently know it. We have authors from several states and speaking on a variety of topics. These book talk events are a great way to learn about new books and authors, to ask questions about books and writing, and to meet other people who share a passion for books. We hope to see lots of people at these events. Please tell your friends and help us spread the word!!!
